The University of Basel is committed to an appreciative learning and working culture in which the personal integrity of its students and employees is respected and protected. The University does not tolerate the following behavior: sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying.


The Personal Integrity Office is tasked with supporting this appreciative work culture and offers the following services to all university staff and students

- Counseling & temporary support
- Conflict mediation
- Prevention & knowledge transfer
- Cultural development in line with the Code of Conduct



Counseling

The co-heads of the specialist office provide confidential counseling to university employees and students. Have you been affected by or witnessed a violation of personal integrity? Are you experiencing conflict in the workplace? To schedule a counseling appointment, please contact personalintegrity@unibas.ch
