Alte Geschichte
The Master's program in Ancient History covers Greek and Roman cultures from their beginnings to the end of antiquity. Central topics are (digital) papyrology, early Christianity, societal adaptation strategies to climate change, family and household, and Roman Egypt. Special attention is given to issues and challenges of ancient societies that still concern us today such as climate change, religious extremism, declining birth rates, environmental pollution, etc.
In addition to the information evening, you can arrange a personal consultation. Dr. François Gerardin will answer any questions you may have about the Master's program in "Alte Geschichte". Please fill out the form below. He is looking forward to hearing from you.
