Near and Middle Eastern Studies

Students in the Master's program Near & Middle Eastern Studies at the Seminar for Middle Eastern Studies deal with the developments in the Eastern Mediterranean region from the European expansion up to the present. The program is oriented towards social science methods and combines them with the working methods of humanities subjects such as history and literary studies.
