Offices of the Deans of Studies

To support teaching and learning, staff of the various Dean of Studies Offices have (limited) access to student data. Office staff also have access to services used to monitor examinations, learning contracts, and the issuing of degrees. Offices of Doctoral Studies have also received support since 2013.

Departments

Departments have limited access to student data. They can also create up-to-date lists of the degree courses or subjects under their administration.

Course offers are a matter of departmental planning. Degree program coordinators are responsible for entering the courses and lectures planned and for interlinking course offers within one or several modules (academic structure).
