Staff Mobility for Training (STT)
The Swiss-European Mobility Programme enables university employees to pursue further training at a European partner university or a European company with the aim of promoting dialogue between Swiss and European institutions. Types of trainings include job-shadowing, short working periods, or attending workshops.
Funding
The program awards University of Basel staff (outgoing) and employees at European partner universities (incoming) an allowance for travel and living expenses. This offer also applies to administrative and technical staff. A stay lasts between a minimum of two and a maximum of five days.
ATTENTION: The participation at conferences will not be funded.
Offers
Either you look for an offer yourself, contact the university and unit of your choice, or you select a suitable offer from the following overview IMOTION-Erasmus Staff Training and register for the staff exchange. Then, coordinate your stay with Student Exchange Office and submit your application.
Procedure
Complete and sign the form "Mobility Agreement" and hand it in International Office/Student Exchange. The IO considers your application if there is still a budget for staff mobility within SEMP. Applications will be processed upon entry.
The following mandatory documents have to be submitted to the Office/Student Exchange at least 1 month before the start of the mobility:
- Mobility Agreement
- Grant Agreement
At the end of the staff mobility the following mandatory documents have to be submitted to the International Office/Student Exchange:
- Final Report
- Certificate of Attendance
