Research Office

The Research Office is the university-wide point of contact for research related matters. The staff of the research office support the Vice President for Research in his strategic and operational tasks and work closely with the researchers in the departments, faculties and disciplines as well as members of the university administration to ensure optimal framework conditions for research.

Central topics of the Research Office are the cooperation with the Research Committee, the supervision of research infrastructures, institutional research partnerships and networks, the management of research information (incl. bibliometric analyses and key figures), research information systems (research database and research portal), animal research, quality management in research (Scientific Advisory Boards and Research Exchange Meetings), open science, research data management, good scientific practice, and research integrity.
