SAP Competence Center
The SAP Competence Center (SAP CC) is responsible for operating and developing the SAP environment along with the associated planning and coordination of activities. The primary tasks include collaboration on SAP projects, maintenance and development of proprietary interfaces and applications, second level support, contract administration, license administration and system measurements.
The SAP Competence Center at the university is certified by SAP as a Customer Center of Expertise. The certificate is official recognition of the expertise of the SAP CC in the field of SAP. SAP awards this certification when the required methods, technical knowledge, tools and work techniques necessary for the successful implementation of SAP projects have been demonstrated.
The SAP CC at the University of Basel is organized as follows: The module coordinators and base managers are centered around the core team members listed below. External experts are contracted if additional support is required.
