Replacement Documents
Replacement documents in case of loss or a need for additional documents can usually be requested for a fee. The following list provides an overview of the responsible bodies, the process and the applicable fees.

An academic record lists all of the coursework completed at the University of Basel to date. Academic records can be created by students in online services as a PDF or ordered for a fee of CH 10 per copy on paper with security features. The documents are sent by priority mail (A-Post) and are also available in online services. Students without access to online services can request an additional PDF copy.
An English translation can be requested with the original German document.
