By doing an internship, you will expand your understanding in your specific field and gain a great deal of insight into the company by actively participating in the day-to-day business and current projects. Internships at Roche generally last between three and nine months.
By taking part in actual projects, trainees at Roche gain insight into various fields of work and systematically become acquainted with their future tasks. Through project work and training programs, including seminars, workshops and lectures, you expand your knowledge and skills while building up your personal network of contacts before you take on actual responsibility for a certain area. A traineeship lasts between 12 and 18 months and is divided up into three or four individual stages.
Roche invests in various areas to train PhD students and postdocs who are interested in acquiring, applying and deepening their knowledge and skills in a specialized field. For this reason, Roche offers the opportunity to complete a postdoc in various disciplines or a doctoral dissertation in cooperation with a university.
