Coaching and team development are dedicated to the successful implementation of tasks, dealing with challenges and broadening the scope of action. In coaching, the goal is personal reflection, while in team development the focus is on the group.

Coaching and Counseling
For challenging situations similar to the following you can turn to Leadership and Development for a professional and confidential appointment:
- Questions relating to leadership, the understanding of your role as a leader, behavior or style
- In a new job taking over a new role or function
- Planning next steps while in your qualification
- Preparing a discussion, conversation or reflecting on your style of communicating
- Support in a challenging work situation or a conflict.
In Leadership & Development, we pursue a systemic, solution-oriented approach to coaching. All discussions are confidential and voluntary. The service is low-threshold and helps with encouragement to self-help. Appointments for individual coaching at the Leadership & Development department are usually possible at short notice and are free of charge.

Team Development and Support in Change
At Leadership & Development you find support for teams, departments and entire organizational units in change processes or in difficult situations. In a first meeting the issues at hand are clarified, goals defined and the best possible procedure and next steps agreed on.
