Annual Staff Review / Agreement on objectives
The University of Basel provides its line managers and staff members with the tool «Annual Staff Review with Agreement on Objectives» to structure management—staff dialogue, to periodically analyze staff’s performance and agree on objectives. The material is geared to the needs of the University of Basel’s faculty and staff (academic and administrative staff with or without line management duties).
The department Leadership & Development provides this online documentation and electronic materials for the preparation and the documentation of the reviews. To complement the annual review, an update of the agreement of objectives is advisable. For other management—staff dialogues or constructive conversations between team leaders and team members, please refer to the materials provided on the respective website:
For further information on how to use the materials most effectively, please contact the Department of Leadership & Development. Here, you can also book an introductory session for you and your team members.
Do not hesitate to contact L&D with any questions regarding management—staff communication and cooperation tools.
