Eucor - The European Campus: Incoming
Students who are enrolled at a university of Eucor - The European Campus and who wish to attend classes at the University of Basel can find information here.
Eligibility to attend individual courses.
Students who are enrolled at a EUCOR partner university are allowed to attend individual courses and earn credit points at the University of Basel. They pay all of their tuition fees at the partner university and do not pay any tuition fees at the University of Basel. They are not entitled to earn academic degrees at the University of Basel.
Submitting registration sheet / deadlines
The completed and signed registration sheet must be submitted, along with a scan of a student ID or a confirmation of matriculation from the home university valid for the corresponding semester, by e-mail via www.unibas.ch/studseksupportEN in due time. Please send the documents as soon as possible in order to get access to the Online Services by the beginning of the lecture period. The deadline for submission is the first day of the lecture period each semester.

After registration you will be sent an acknowledgement of submission including further information via e-mail. - University email Account
After registration, a letter from IT Services with details of your university email account will be sent to you in the following few days via regular post. In accordance with our student regulations, you must activate this email account and read incoming messages every week. If you already have a UNIBAS email account (@stud.unibas.ch or @unibas.ch), this step is not necessary. - Online Services
The Online Services are available at services.unibas.ch. To log in, please use your unibas email account and enter the corresponding password (not accessible until 24 hours after you activate your email account). The Online Services are used for course registrations and address changes. There you can also see your academic performance at the University of Basel and you can download transcripts of records - Course Registration
Please use the Online Services (services.unibas.ch) for all course registrations. You must register for all courses you wish to attend in due time. Course registration is a prerequisite for sitting examinations and thus for obtaining credit points. In the fall semester 2024, students must register for courses between 1 August and 14 October 2024 at the latest. Transcripts of records
Transcripts of records are issued at the end of February and at the end of August. Transcripts confirm the number of obtained course credits and credit points. These are then available to you in the online services.
Important information
- Lecturers must use the Eucor - The European Campus attestation form to verify class attendance. This form can be obtained from the Student Office of the University of Basel or can be downloaded.
- Eucor - The European Campus students are identified at the host university with a valid student ID from their home university. This gives Eucor - The European Campus students the same usage privileges as students at the University of Basel (student cafeteria, etc.).
- Eucor - Th eEuropean Campus students do not pay any tuition fees to the University of Basel.
