Energy, resources and emissions

After a slight increase in energy use, water consumption and greenhouse gas emissions in 2019, a strong reduction followed in 2020 – largely due to the coronavirus pandemic. Numerous sustainability initiatives were launched at the university that are intended to save resources and reduce emissions in the long term.
